今天大家可能會覺得很奇怪,我要推薦一個基督教的節目叫做「生命的贏家」

我偶然轉到這個好消息電視台的節目
http://www.goodtv.tv/default.phtml

這個牧師JeolOsteen是個基督教的牧師,但是他講的東西
非常符合我們平常在討論的吸引力法則的正確使用法

只是他用基督教的語言講它,而且參進了「神愛你」、「神的祝福已經給你了,
但是你必需要學會去接收」的觀念
這種「你已被祝福」的觀念會使的吸引力法則效果倍增

大家可以看這集:恩雨降霈
http://www.goodtv.tv/wmvbox.php?filename=JO100

rule one

聽打草稿 未修正

hi i am ajhoe, the director of effortless english . Welcome to the free seven rule email courses.
today is rule one . rule one is:" learn english phrases , not individual words . "

this one, just like all the other rules , is very simple and very easy .
and like the other rules, this rules is very very powerful , so simple , so powerful.
what is the rule?the rule is : always learn phrases, not individual words. so simple.

a phrases is a group of words,it's not......you can have all sentenses,but it's just,even a part of
sentenses.

so for example, let's say:you have the word hate.and you want to learn this new word.

you can......you know just write down the word'hate and then you find in your dictionary the meaning, and you memorize...hate hate hate hate.

that's the old way, that's the kind of textbook way,the school way. In school , you probably remember a lot of individual words,

you have the big vocabulary list, you try to memorize all of them, all these individual ,single, words. It's not a good way to learn.

Much better, if you learn phrases,a group of words, and where you find these phrases, you find these phrases, in the real english podcast that you are

listening to,in the real english story books that you are reading. so you don't memorize a list in the book, no no no......

you listen to real english ,and when you hear a new word, you write it down ,or when you reading a story book and you see a new word, you write it down.

But,do not just write down that word, you want to write down the whole phrase or sentence that is in.

all of it.So instead of saying hate and you just write down hate, you would say......you write down "john hate ice cream" ,You write down the whole phrase

Why do we do this? What's the power of phrases?Well, phrases give you a lot of information ,much more information.

No.1:Phrases are easier to remember because they have meaning they have all kind of picture,a story.

Especially you get them form something you are reading or listening to.

You remember it:john hates ice cream , you remember the whole story, you remember who john is,you remember he had ice cream then you remember he hated it, he didn't like it.

Right you have all the extra pieces of information all these extra information helps you remember the meaning of a phrase, and the meaning of that word.

it helps you memory, much easier to remember.

No2.There is a bonus, when you learn phrases, you are learning grammar also.you are not only learning an indivifual word, you are learning grammar ,

you are learning how to use that word correctly.you don't need to think about the grammar, you don't need to know the rules,it's automatic.

this is another way that native speaker learn english grammar.Because when we are children we learn with phrases,

we learn group of words, not just one word by one word by one word.Word by word is slow and doesn't help, and you don't learn any grammar.

But when you learn a whole phrase you write down the phrase you are getting extra information , maybe you don't know it,but you are.

For example, john hates ice cream, just that word that s on the end hates right, john hates ice.

Well you know from grammar study that you are making the subject and the verb agree.

you don't need to think about that .Just write down the phrase:John hates ice cream .

and study it , and review it, always learn the phrase ,not just that word .

and so in the future whenever you say he hates ice cream ; she hates ice cream .

you will add that s-the s... right? Because that's how you learned it.you learned correctly.

you learned it from a phrase .On the other hand you learned it from a textbook you just learn the word hate...it means

doen not like you only learn that form hate hate hate you study study study you memorize it .

that's where you start making mistakes because you learned it only this one way ,you didn't learned it with other words.

so sometimes you'll say : he hate ice cream you'll forget the s because you never learned it correctly in a sentence in a phrase .

So this is the a very simple rule our rule course .Very very important ,everytime you find a new word ,always always always write the phrase ,or the sentence.

when you review that word again when you study it again always always always study the entire phrase or sentence .Never study just the word .Always the whole phrase.

do this everytime and your grammar will begin to improve it will improve much faster.

And you will remember the vocabulary faster and easily ,and you will use that vocabulary more quickly .

So you get a lot of great benifits and al lot of great stuff happens when you learn phrases instead of words.

So phrases phrases phrases , learn them .

I hope you enjoy rule no.1 , use this rule. Now your homework is to get a little phrase note book.

So when you find new english vocabulary , in a lesson , in something you are listening to , in a book , in an article,

write down the phrase, not just one word, write down the entire whole phrase that you find ,and then review that phrase,

again and again each day , and you will create a note book full of phrases full of sentence , not individual words never individual words.

Ok, so that's rule one tomorrow you get another email with rule no.2 ,so i will see you tomorrow, bye bye.
